I have been asked by our bursar to produce a plan of ICT replacements for the next 3 years. Likely expenditure etc. Has anyone done anything similar? Anyone have a copy of something i can look at to get a rough idea at what would need to be included in something like this?
I know some of our computers will need replacing and likely projectors, amps etc. But how do you write something like this up?
