Creating an official form (with boxes, like the census or passport applications)
I'm looking to streamline some of the processes here. To start with, the registration and admissions procedure. I want to condense and consolidate the various forms we have into one single form. A lot of data entry error is down to this chaos.
I would like to create a form, with little boxes for each letter, all to be capital and blank ink only, that kind of thing. Like an official passport application, census form or anything from the DVLA etc..
Other than the usual office apps, is there anything out there that makes the process a little easier?
