I've just found NRS support to be poor and when we have been wanting to buy new reval units or other bits, their sales people seem rather difficult to get hold of (not returning calls etc).
Maybe its your area but I've had no issues with our account manager, very helpful, information and pricing provided very fast and efficiently so cannot complain at all :) Out of all the firms I've been talking / Emailing they have been the best on customer contact the others have been fine but they seem to go that extra mile :)
