Launching print management
Hopefully I've not missed another posting that's already answered this! We've had PCounter for a while but have been using it mainly to monitor printing, thus enabling us to have a good idea of where to pitch the quotas for each year group when we enforce them.
The question now is how to 'launch' the system to staff and pupils? How did everyone else using such systems do so? Did you send letters home, or just inform pupils via assembly, etc? How do you allow for those who need extra credits when they've used them up? Do you accept cash payment in some form for these?
Any advice and suggestions welcomed so that we can look at launching it in the most positive and effective manner. Many thanks!
