Adding a printer.
Ok so we have some machines on site that are not on the domain for various reasons...
The problem I am having is everytime the machines are restarted they lose the autentication to use the printer.
I am open to ideas to resolve this... I was looking at scripts but all the ones I have found only work with .exe files.
I hope this is enough information, reallly dont know what else to say.
Any help would be great I am getting a right ear bashing over this.
if they are jusy loosing auth set up a user with absolutely minimal rights and add a quick batch file to all user startup folder
net use f: \\server\printuser$ /user:domain\printuser printer /persistent:no
will map a drive and thus authenticate
