Screen Recording
Ive seen a lot of videos on you tube and similar that is a recording of someone elses screen. The one function that I like but cannot seem to find in any software is the ability to zoom in and out.
On some videos ive seen, there is a green box, then the video zooms to that box. What software is this or is it edited after the capture is taken??

ZoomIt You could try this?? I personally have never used it but I think it should do what you want if used in conjunction with some screen recording software.

Have a try at Wink - Wink - [Homepage]
It might be able to do what you want.

Camtasia is good. I used it when I created how to . . tutorials. About £100 but if you are going to do quite a bit then well worth it I reckon.

If you have Microsoft Expression Studio 4 (there are ways to get this free in schools), the Encoder Screen Capture program will do this.

I used Adobe Captivate. Brilliant!

I tryed the trial Camtasia. It has what you need: zoom in and zoom out. Also it has a lot of useful functions like recording video from your screen, adding tutorials, arrows with notes, and many other options. However its rather expensive and I should say it needs much resourses. I have 1 Gb ram on my pc and sometimes CamtasiaStudio got a little bit slow. Anyway I reccomend you to try it :)

p.s. Wink is good for recording and editing your video but it doesnt have funcuion zoom in and out. http://www.debugmode.com/wink/
