I have been asked to film our head during her Open Evening presentation. She will be showing a powerpoint and talking.
I would like to just film her talking and then mix that later with her powerpoint. So I guess in the end it would look a bit like when the BBC news channel has someone signing for the deaf?
Can anyone suggest anything that might do somethig like this?

Screen capture software such as CamStudio to record the PC while running the presentation. Then your video editor of choice to mix them together.
Export the PPT slides as images. add those to your video in the video editor.

yeah, I agree to export the PPT slides as images. add those to your video in the video editor. but you can also creat a PPT slides with videos,
I mean that you can add your pictures into powerpoint, then turn it into video useing a free software PowerPoint to video converter
