Alternative support to LA IT support
We have just had our annual contract come through for our LA Tech support and as usual I have to make sure we are getting best value.
We are currently paying about £8500 for support which covers hardware faults (RTB to fix), server support (Replace a faulty drive in raid) and general day to day problems (IE not displaying sites properly)
Now I like having the one number to call and a feeling of being part of a bigger team and knowing that the support are also supporting other schools in the area BUT I need to know that I can't do this for a lot less money!
Do other edugeekers have similar support with either their LA or a private company?
