I saw the most awful demo of Oliver at the EIS show/conference in Ashford earlier this summer. It wasn't helped by the poor mobile internet signal. But even so the chap demonstrating it didn't seem to know his way round the product well enough and made a right hash of showing me things I asked about. It put me right off it.
Just installed Eclipse2 again and ran into a few issues. Have to say I was very impressed with the support. Guy I spoke to even stayed out of normal support hours to find the resolution. Can't moan there. Don't really use it enough to comment on the features though. Decided to leave Eclipse.net given the comments made on here.
Now installing Koha.

I use access-it library. Good support and a good product. I like it. Shame the person who looks after our library hates ICT :(
