Im looking for some kind of script to create a supportWeb similar to this

What about a wiki?

well from the looks of the site, its all static material, they dont have any server side scripting....

you could create one yrself using HTML....

Or a joomla install to give you a complete cms intranet with the document repositry add-ons?

A quick google reveals OpenWiki will run on IIS/ASP/etc.
