Re: Remotely Shutdown/Restart PC's at night
no problem, that site ( the matcode one ) also has other very useful stuff, especially in the code section for editing / reading the registry in dos ( if I remember correctly ) and other things like that. Which was used to retrieve the xp serial key from a dead system and could most likely be used to do the same for win 9x etc ( not that its of much use to a school because of volume licensing but I thought it was pretty nifty and handy to know about ) lol.

Re: Remotely Shutdown/Restart PC's at night
I use something called AdvancedRemoteInfo found here
Can batch shutdown/reboot/Logoff and even cancel them
You can also get loads of info on a specific PC as well as take snapshot of the wokstation (handy for when a kid denies all knowledge of things!) though you need the screenshot add-on
All free and very useful!
