CRM Software

Hi folks

Our Finance Director has asked me to look for some (preferably free) CRM software to manage the schools community contacts and others. Anyone on here use anything they can recommend or have any suggestions?

I'm aware of CiviCRM which is OS, but i've never used it (yet).

SugarCRM has a free edition.
