I am not sure if this is exactly what you want - but I would search Grub Loader online as I use this a lot to boot into various different programs when system starts on USB key...

It is an extremely useful little app.

Essentially you need to;
1. make the USB key bootable
2. Copy the Grub files onto the key
3. Create ISO images of any bootable CDs/DVDs which you want to have as options and copy them onto the USB key

Then make sure it on on a real USB port not a multiplexed one that is detected as a hub, there should be at least one unless your motherboard is criminally bad.Quote:
