A pupil has created a file which won't rescale does anyone know how I can copy this document and put it into an a4 instead of a2 format?

Can you not copy and paste? I use Macromedia Freehand to rescue Publisher 2003 files.

Didn't know there was a Publisher 2007 - I thought Word had taken over the DP role??

Managed to mess around enough to get it sized down. Publisher 2007 does exist but the menu interface hasn't changed too much unlike the rest of office.

I know Wes has now solved his issue, but for anyone else:

If you only need to print the document, use PDFCreator to 'print' the document into an A2 PDF, then use Adobe Reader to print it out, scaling it to A4 size at the print stage.

I've done this before to rescue a document.
