    welcome screen

    hello all, have been requested to add a welcome message. We have ranger installed on the machines we need to display it on.

    i've found the gp for displaying it, but would like to display a html page as then the teachers have to create it. i dont want to use it as the default page.

    is there any way of starting a html file at startup?

    How about putting a shortcut in C:\Docs & Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup or in the registry at HKLM\Software\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run?
