I have checked a OU with users in and the password atrribute @users cannot change password' is set. I have tried selecting all and choosing properties to and seeingif i can change th eoption on them all but it does not let me. It appears that you can only turn these attributes on on Mass and not off.
Does any oen know how this is done or if a vbscript can be used to do this.

You can if you have Server 2003.
Just select the users, right click > Properties >Account Tab
In the box find the option you want and select the leftmost box, then either select or deselect the option as appropriate.
