Digital Sketchbook

I've been asked to find some digital sketchbook software for our photography course.

What they are looking for is the following

Import images, easily
Insert annotations
Create contact sheets

And the hard one is it needs to look like a sketchbook i.e Turn pages and be able to stylize the book

Has anyone seen or uses something that would meet the above requirements.
