Ok, so I've been asked to sort out the workstation assessments for desk bound staff at this particular school (office staff, SLT with defined workstations, etc).
Now, I could pull off a PDF from somewhere and go through it, but I know a while back I managed to find a free piece of software for a company that I used to work for that took you through the same form but with visual diagrams, little flash movies etc for what you needed to be checking and what not, and then stored the user data on a central database so that as an admin I could check whether a) the person had done their assessment within a certain time (or at all) and b) whether the user had any requirements as a result.
So, I just wondered if anyone knows of any software that I could use. I'm happy to look at a paid solution as I think I could swing that with the SLT on this occasion, but if it's free, then even better!
Found this ... VDU Health & Safety - Free Risk Assessment ... on my travels which part solves the issue, doesn't give access for myself, but at least means that the person doing the test is taken through the relevant information first and get a nice print out with any issues that I need to resolve ..
