I know some secondary schools provide IT support to their feeder schools.
Do the feeder schools have a fault reporting system as such? Does anyone know if there is a system that can be hosted on the internet at all?
it would appear that ours is currently that the staff b*tch privately for a while untill it really gets on someone's goat and then they 'have a word' with the receptionist or the head and then we get told, by which time the issue has been going on for a while and there is an amount of bad feeling to deal with before we make it right.
I would urge others *not* to use this reporting technique.
Improving our level of support and responsiveness to faults is high on our to do list once we have propped up their ailing neglected network.
