Anyone got any ideas about this? I've looked at Sims but it doesn't seem to have anything appropriate.

We use Bluesky Educatuin - not a clue how much it costs though - its all online
We currently use Schoolcentre from Granada Learning School improvement | school lesson planning tools with Schoolcentre - it's about 1 - 1.5k per annum depending on the size of the school.
We are currently in the process of looking for alternative systems to carry out CPD, School Development Plans and the SEF. Schoolcentre does all of the above and I am not saying its a bad system we are just investigating our options.
We also use Bluesky for teachers and support staff. Could be better for support staff, but seems to work well for the teachers!
Wow thats expensive for a website!!
Maybe I could write an opensource version
