What do you want it to do? Making a school logo bounce around the screen like winlogon.scr does is easy.

Animated Screensaver Maker - DesktopPaints.com
MyDejaVu (28th July 2008), stevenlong1985 (29th July 2008), Tamarside (5th February 2009)

Irfanview is perfect (and free) if all you want is an image slideshow.
well I was using Xara Screensaver Maker and also 2D 3D Screensaver Maker but they are not free options, I will try Galway's choice.
Regards
You can make anything a screen saver like an exe or something. You just have to rename the extension to .scr I think. Something along those lines anyway.
Give this a try:
Resource Tuner: Resource Editor for Windows EXE and DLL. View, Edit, Extract, and Replace Strings, Bitmaps, and Icon Resources.
30 day trial, but it lets you open up the winlogon.scr file and replace the Windows logo with your own

You can load your own textures into the preset screensavers.
Choose Display properties > Screen saver > 3D Flying objects > Settings > Style > textured flag > Texture. Then load the image of your school logo as a bitmap.
Not sure how you roll this out to all of the other pc's though.

Just got this from one of their free screen savers!

I got the same on the main program executable! Anyone else get anything?
