    Configure Adobe Flash 10.3 Install

    Anyone know how to configure the installer for Flash 10.3 so it doesn't have the auto updater enabled? I could dive into the MSI, but I was hoping there might be a nice configuration utility like there is for Reader...

    Why would you not want it to auto update? You could try opening it with Orca.

    Because users wouldn't have the rights to install updates.

    I don't know about doing it via by the MSI but it can be done with a config file. Create mms.cfg in windows\system32\macromed\flash\ containing the line AutoUpdateDisable=1
