I'm after some first hand experiance of the impact of moving to managed services within a school. I appriciate that there is a lot of anecdotal bad experiences out there but I would really appriciate some hard cold facts about good or bad experiences and the impact they have had.

Has it cost more/less ?
Has it restrict/enpower learning ?
Has it met expectations ?
Does it deliver reliability ?
How would you improve it ?
