    spicework email template

    Just setting up my 1st spiceworks here and was wondering has anyone been able to mod the email template so that if an incoming request contains a certain phrase ie no sound comes in it will respond have you tried this link to

    Help would be very much apprecitated

    I don't think this is possible to do with Spiceworks.

    The email template is just the design of the template in terms of how it looks.

    You could have a generic auto reply along the lines of:

    Your request has been logged. In the meantime, have you tried our knowledgebase?

    Sound: URL
    Laptops: URL

    etc.
