Mail Merging to PDF automatically send based on filename
Probably not gonna explain this very well but here goes:
I want to be able to create a mail merge where each individual has a PDF created as a seperate file (hopefully uniquely named) which will then be emailed to the correct recipent.
I have Office 2007 for the mail merge Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 for the PDF printer does anyone know how I can get the first part done i.e. the mail merge seperate documents and for part two does anyone know of a package that can email based on a filename?

My be write a script using something like Command Line SMTP Mailer for Windows

Word can't merge to separate files natively - it's the biggest weakness of mail merge in Office. There are some macros you can fiddle with that should work... or you could just use LibreOffice which I'm pretty sure has the entire process built in, including the emailing.
