We've been using this for the past 8 months without any problems however I was wondering if any one knew how to delete a ticket from the system or at least modify the original posting? Some rather strong language was used in a recent ticket and I would liek to remove the offending word.

Any ideas?

To delete a ticket you should go to the tracking menu as an admin and search for that ticket. Once you have it in the results you can check the box and select delete from the drop down at the bottom of the results.

To edit an entry, I would suggest using phpmyadmin and edit the record directly.
