Record How To Vids for Staff?

I would like to record some step by step tutorials for our teachers on how to use their new SharePoint Teacher pages. Any suggestions on what type of free screen/audio capture device to use?

You can get Camtasia on a free 30 day trial and i beleive it includes no watermarks over the video. I've always found Camtasia to be very good. If you have the smartboard software that also comes with recording features, so you could use that.

Seconded for Camtasia as long as you are willing to pay, and you do get what you pay for.
