Hi there,
does anyone know of an app that could enable a user to run it from the systray and it will:
a) capture the current screen
b) attach the screen shot to an email
c) add user/machine info either to the body of the email or add as an attachment and then
d) send the email to a designated email address ie: helpdesk@helpme.com
Cheers

5th April 2011, 09:05 PM #2 I found this rather useful utility sometime ago (which pretty much does what you describe) but never got around to implementing it.
Panic Button
It runs in the systray, the user single-clicks the icon and they get a confirmation that their screenshot is sent.
Then you get an email giving you an attached screenshot, date and time taken, hostname, username & an IP address.
