Does anyone use a bluetooth headset for their mobile and have one they can recommend.
I'm fed up of not hearing my phone ring so I figure if it's plugged into my head that should improve things.

I have got a Jabra headset that I use for out and about and in the car, mainly for in the car. Can't remember the number but is the one that has a vibrate feature in it. Great now that I am in the Landy as I prob wouldn't hear it. Had the next model down before and that was good to, exactly the same except slightly less range, battery and no vibrate.
Not tried any others to compare against but always seems comfortable, not too heavy. Sound quality is good, I can always hear people and they can nearly always hear me. If others can't then generally a slight adjustment of the mic position fixes this. This is all against the sound of an old landy engine so I'm pretty impressed. In the old Escort the sound was always good.
battery I have found good, only ever have to recharge occasionaly but I am not a heavy user.
With 2 different phones never had a problem connecting. It also allows voice dialing if you have the feature on your phone.
Range always seems silly to worry about as if it is for a mobile phone it'll probably be on you or on the other seat.
Styling is discreet, the main body is behind the ear and most people don't notice I have it in. Interchangeable ear buds for best fit but watch out as they can spring off and easily lost.
Overall I recommend it heartily

I have a Sony Ericsson one for my phone, I used to have a value one and it was rubbish so got a big name one in the hope it was better, and it is so I prefer it. Cannot remember the model but it was only about £30 so not too bad

Hmmm just thought... a Borg Drone could be excellent in dealing with the "little darlings"![]()

I make do with the Motorola one that came with my Krazr. Does the job OK.
Jabra here.

To get the full borg effect you should also add a laser diode to the unit and maybe get some of these http://www.i-glassesstore.com/

I was thinking about the Jabra BT150 from play.com:

Comes with car charge as well.
