    Securus NG - Archive all

Does anybody know where the archive all button is on Securus NG - we have just been upgraded as have not had it for 8 weeks (still had the client not the server as it broke long story i got a free upgrade )

I have flicked through the most critical ones which are all harmless but would like to know where the archive all button is as i have about 4000 violations to archive and at 20 per page it might take me - well years!

I've spoken to Henry at support last week who dialed in and marked them all as archived. As by that point i had 25000 violations stacked up!

Sorry I should have mentioned in my last post that there is a feature already in the pipe line and will be published in one of our next general releases.

they have a command they can use from ssh so surely its just adding something to action the command?

or let us have access to run the command from the command line but i'm pretty sure they won't let us do that.

Currently we are aiming to have this functionality available in July. In the interim please contact our helpdesk on 01932 251910 and we can run this task manually for you.
