Offline access to email software
We have an exam coming up that requires offline access to email software for the candidates. Our students currently use a web based email system. Has anybody done something similar and what would be the best way to do this. They don't need to send the email, just take screenshots of how they would do things.

Would an offline PST file in MS Outlook work? That should allow you enough access without a mail account to open a new mail, fill it in, hit send and then error saying no mail configured I would think?

The problem is that they haven't been taught how to use Outlook, if they suddenly had to use it in an exam they may panic a bit.

Install Roundcube (assuming you've moved to the new webmail from CLEO) on a local server using something like Mailenable Pro in evaluation mode to connect to it? Make one or two accounts on that and provide those details to the students and that could solve it, email on the system and offline looking the same as webmail they normally use?
