we've ditched the idea of richmond helpdesk as it too expensive. Shame really as we 'd got our 1 license copy working pretty well. Next in line from our NM is netsupport helpdesk.
Who's using this? how awesome is it?
Is there anyone who wouldn't mind my boss calling to find out about it from you? (the stuff that ppl don't want to say in public)

We have been using it for quite a while does the trick. I'd be happy to speak to anyone about it you know pro's and cons and so on!

I've used it in the past with no major concerns. Just see if you can't get management to bundle in some other NetSupport DNA components in there as well, as they have some very, very funky tools
