Make a batch script - in it put

    C:
    taskkill /F /IM process.exe /T
    taskkill /F /IM process2.exe /T

    "C:\Program Files\Folder\process.exe"
    "C:\Program Files\Folder\process2.exe"

    exit
Set that as a scheduled task.
