$imagePath = [System.IO.Path]::Combine($RoleInstallPath, "ClientAccess\Owa\auth\exppw.dll");
Start-SetupProcess -Name "$CommandAppCmd" -args "install module /name:exppw /image:`"$imagePath`" /add:false" -IgnoreExitCode @(183);
Start-SetupProcess -Name "$CommandAppCmd" -args "add module /name:exppw /app.name:`"Default Web Site/owa`"" -IgnoreExitCode @(183);
" was run: "Process execution failed with exit code 1346.".

Have you possible rename/created any sites in IIS on that box?
exchange can be very picky if the iis sites have been changed.
No no new sites in IIS.
The actual install of SP1 has not even completed failed at "Client Access Role"
I have checked the Dependencies now but everyone i try to install comes up saying The update does not apply to your system even though it does???
I have tried that but still not working TimZim
What OS have you got Exchange installed on? Are you installing Exchange 2010 SP1 from scratch or upgrading the non-SP1 version?
Any news to this post? We have exactly the same problem on our system.
