Does anyone know of an idiots guide to interpreting what the analyzer reports? I know that a white cross in a red circle means I have to do something - follow the link and read/action the resulting advice. But should all the icons be ticks instead of plings? What do the arrows indicate?
Another thing, there is an icon to print the report - but it does nothing on my server. Help please.

Screenshot?
I think that the arrows are just things to be aware of that may make it work better but will not cause faults themselves, just stuff that could be done better.
Well I would give a screen shot, but I've closed my VPN link now - got fed up of trying to sort things out. I've done all the red circles, but hadn't realised that there might be ticks until some came up. I thought all the plings were for information rather than action required. I have been trying to find info on the analyzer without any luck.

Here is a the quickstart guide Microsoft Exchange Server Best Practices Analyzer Quick Start Guide
This gives a bit of info Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 - Microsoft's ExBPA (Best Practice Analyzer)
and these are webcasts on it which should shed some light http://msevents.microsoft.com/CUI/Ev...&culture=en-US plus https://msevents.microsoft.com/CUI/W...CountryCode=US
