Last week I transferred files and settings to a new Windows 7 computer. Didn't get time to complete so have been using the old XP computer. Now in a position to swap to the new machine but obviously have files on the XP that need to do across. (XP is 32bit Win7 is 64bit)

What's the options on this? Best practice and all that.
