what it says above, the receptionist (who has left) named the reception calendar with her name and it needs to be renamed something a bit better!

Isn't a calendar named after the account that it's attached to?

24th March 2010, 09:26 PM #5 which version of exchange?? i know in 2007 there is a public folders database which is seperate from the mailboxes which i believe holds the calendars as well as publicly accessible folders.

24th March 2010, 09:26 PM #6 If it is against a user account try logging on as that person and exporting the calendar. It can then be imported elsewhere.
