AFAIK nothing free on a PC - an apple mac fanboy told me that their version of messenger does it.
I'm using Wax from DebugMode in one school
Green Screening on the cheap using Windows
Does it have to be live?

In general if you're doing chromakey live you'd be doing it through a vision mixer or a DVE unit rather than through a PC. I can't think of any non education type situations where you would need that facility on a PC.
Might be worth trying to scrounge/borrow a vision mixer with Chromakey (aka CSO in some circles) built in?

You can do bluescreen for Free in Windows Movie Maker. It's not live though and it is a little fiddly but our year 6 managed it fine last year.
This year we're using iMovie 09. As much as I hate to say it, it's a corker of an app.

Kudlian Software Limited
This company were pushing their software at bett.
It's about £400 for a site licence of their weather studio software. Which I believe includes live chroma key. Try the fre trial.
