Okay I have a form and within that form I have a textbox that I would like to be a parameter value in a query? I can set say an inelegant solution with just a parameter value within the query itself but I would prefer it if I could do it within the form based on the text value of a textbox?
Any ideas?

In the criteria box of the query put Forms![Form1]![Text0] where form1 is the name of the form with the text box and text0 is the name of the text box.
