    calendar

    This is going to sound like a n00b question but at our school we currently have a paper diary and thats it, just wondering if you guys have any kind of online / domain calendar that teachers can log into and edit / add notes etc
    Does anyone know of any freeware that I can do this with that is easy to use?

    Do you run Exchange server - put a shared calendar in public folders.

    We use Google calendar for schools,

    Its pretty easy to setup and you can different users having access to various calendars.

    You can even sync it to blackberrys and outlook

    Oh and the best bit its free
