How do you do....it? Thread, PHP based Helpdesk with IMAP or POP3 authentication? in Technical; I know there's One||Zero but that only does LDAP, PHP Helpdesk doesn't do IMAP or POP? Any ideas?

I'm playing with GLPI which can authenticate with POP/IMAP. As an added bonus it can also use OCS for it's inventory lists.

Cool I've tried that works very well! I've added locations though and the ticket creation doesn't give one it does allow you to select the exact piece of kit thats the problem but a location would have been easier? Have you added anything like this to GLPI?

I've not added anything, I only started playing with it this morning and havn't really looked at the ticket side yet, I'm more interested in how it extends OCS.
