Just trying to set this up to test and I'm having problems with the LDAP functionality? I think I've entered the details incorrectly or it may be the fact I'm running 2003 and it doesn't allow anonymous binding how woudl I get it to use the authentication on my email server (linux)? Samba etc..

Have you tried something like LDAPExplorer to check you can browse the ldap database?
I think you will have to supply a username/password combo though.

I'll check that out thanks Plexer!
I'm also getting now I've pointed it to my linux box:
Warning: require_once(common/style.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/export/home/www/helpdesk/common/common.php on line 188

I never did get LDAP working with One||Zero. May try to sort it over the October break in the space 30 seconds that haven't been filled with 'urgent' jobs.

It's not disabled? Strange, oh well I'll see if there's something else causing it.
