    Stopping program installation

    Hello,

We have domain users on Mandatory Profiles set up as Power Users (or whichever one it is that cannot install applications) but I have recently found Google Chrome does not respect this, the children can download and run the installer and then it it installs with no problems... but because of the mandatory profiles the shortcuts to "Internet" break on the desktop and in the Start menu.

Any help on stopping this? Right now I have just blocked google.com/chrome and dl.google.com but I am pretty sure other installers will act the same way.

    Thanks

Can you not just stop them running executables? Assuming the Google Chrome is an .exe?
