Backing up Windows Server with Bacula

Is there anyone out there using the OSS version of Bacula to back up Windows 2003(and R2)/2008(and R2) servers.

If so how do you find it, and useful tips/resources to pass on?

    Thanks,

    Tim

Does anyone know of a VM for this as I haven't really got round to installing it and reading the manual it looks like a nice piece of software I just haven't time to play?
