    Everest ( home edition version 2.20 latest free version not sure if its meant for a server OS though ) that or get the trial version from there website

    Am sure that piece of software has a temp monitoring section

    Assuming its windows servers

    To offer remote access / logging, or standalone?

    HWMonitor is good, though I've never tried it on a server.
