Need a recommend for any software to give us nice stats on above.

Using Google Analytics here.

Never touched Drupal, but I assume it's the same as with Moodle. Just embed the Javascript in the themes footer.html.

Have you heard back? There is no wait now, so if not, maybe worth signing up again. Looks quite cool, but difficult to tell on my micrscopic traffic sites! I was also going to mention Webalizer - Webmin has a nice interface for it.
