excel transpose feature for creating moodle class list

i am trying to create a import file for moodle. I have been able to import users in bulk but now the request is to import class & teacher info

What i am trying to achieve is each pupil have their class, teacher and subject appear on one row and in order eg

    forename,surname,class,teacher,subjectcode,class,t eacher,subjectcode,class,teacher,subjectcode,

I have looked at the transpose special paste option but that just moves each line in the clipboard to a seperate row

    thanks
