I was just wondering how some of you guys go about recording what equipment needs servicing and when? Do you have a system of preventative maintenence or do you just say go and clean out all of the filters every october etc.?
I'd like to do something simple but effective to manage it. I've just started using spiceworks if that helps at all, although I have no idea how to use the inventory section effectivly.
