Justification for Microsoft courses
Hi,
I'm working towards obtaining my MCSA and have applied to go on the next course on the track. My head has asked me to justify how it will benefit the school. Has anyone any good ideas as to things I can put down?
Thanks in advance,

Oh, and it'll stop you jumping ship to go to an employer who will provide the training.

6th July 2009, 05:44 PM #4 In my case, the HT commented only last week that we haven't had one bill from the guy I use for external support since I went on my training last May. £1500 of Training has paid for itself already!
I've called him a couple of times, but he hasn't had to come in and hasn't billed us for the short phone calls involved.

Corollary is that it will give you the skill set to make you able to apply for another job ...
I'm sure we've had threads before about employers wanting an agreement that you will pay back the cost of a training course if you leave within a certain time.

Which really, is reasonable enough.
Sadly my last employer forgot to specify that. Free training and a decent raise.

Cheers for the help people. I used a few comments from here and a few I'd made up and they're letting me go on the course.
