    Publisher 2003 Files

We create a newsletter each term for the pupils to take home to their parents/guardians this newsletter has been getting steadily bigger each term (File size not pages ) Which means it take a very long time to send to the printer. No we've managed to reduce the file from 28mb to 10mb but when it goes to the printer its about 40mb is there anyway of reducing this stopping it or making it go away? lol

Publisher (all varients is evil) It gets large because it converts everything to a bitmap. Publisher 2000 is the most evil (IMHO).

Sounds like a training issue rather than technical
